Mark Vipond
Chief Executive Officer
Mark brings 25 years of success in executive-level management to Lodo. From 2001 to 2007 he served as president and then chief operating officer of ACI Worldwide, a $366 million payments software company that equips many of the world’s top banks, retailers and processors. Mark was responsible for ACI’s global operations including product planning and software development, implementation, customer support, sales, marketing and business development. Under his direction the company introduced substantial new products, achieved double-digit revenue growth, and realized triple-digit growth in operating income.
Mark joined ACI in 1985 and was promoted through positions in sales, third-party alliances, emerging technologies, product development, consumer banking and global products. He began his career as a systems engineer with IBM and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Joseph McGlynn
Chief Technical Officer
Joe brings more than 25 years of experience to Lodo Software and is responsible for product management and development. He was previously with webMethods and Software AG, serving as a director in strategic business solutions, marketing and professional services. With extensive experience in SOA and enterprise architecture, Joe has participated in projects at major financial institutions including ABN AMRO, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, National City Bank, Capital One, and Banque National du Canada. He also served as CTO, vice president of development, and director of development at several early-stage software companies, bringing four products to market.
Joe began his career as a member of the technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories and has been awarded a variety of patents. He holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Mankato State University in Minnesota and earned a master’s degree in computer science at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Harry Gardner
Director of Software Development
Harry has 20+ years of experience spanning multiple disciplines in information technology. Prior to joining Lodo, he was director of technology at Performance Benefits, where he served as chief systems architect overseeing all software development and IT operations. Earlier in his career, Harry was a key member of the technology team at Broadhop, Inc., provider of a network policy management solution for Internet service providers. He held a variety of positions with mainstream technology leaders like Evolving Systems as well as boutique businesses such as Dorado Software, both providers of software for telecommunications companies. Harry holds a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College in Nebraska.
Sheryl Denison
Director of Services
Sheryl has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and software industries. She spent the first decade of her career at banks and savings and loans, working in back office systems and front line sales and service positions. In the mid 1980s Sheryl joined software provider ACI Worldwide, helping the company grow to become the leader in online payment solutions. She served in a variety of roles ranging from education analyst and product consultant to manager, senior manager and director of support services with responsibility for education, documentation, installation and quality assurance. Sheryl’s experience also extends to software management, product management and sales support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Judy Hartlieb
Director of Marketing
Judy brings 25 years of marketing and communications experience to Lodo. At ACI Worldwide, she directed brand promotion and market research and served as vice president of product management, retail banking and corporate marketing. Judy worked as vice president of content management for an e-learning start-up and was director of marketing for risk and compliance solutions at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 technology provider . She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
